Common questions

Why isn't drying the carpet enough?
Water wicks into underlay, skirting and framing. Carpet dries first and hides what's underneath. Left alone, mould starts in damp underlay and wall cavities within 24 to 72 hours, and past 72 hours timber swells and delaminates - a clean-up becomes a repair job.
Do you provide readings for insurance?
Yes. Readings are recorded through the job, and compliance reports are available where council inspection requires them.
