Common questions
- Will the stain definitely come out?
- Some stains are permanent, and we'll say so before we start rather than after. Dye, bleach and some older set stains have changed the fibre itself, and no amount of cleaning reverses that.
- How is heavy pet urine handled?
- Topical treatment is priced per area. Heavy sub-surface saturation reaches the underlay and sometimes the floor beneath it, so that gets confirmed on-site rather than quoted blind.
