What to expect on the day
The short version - most of it happens without you.
Access
You don't need to be home for any of it. A typical three-bedroom clean takes about an hour and a half, door to door - just sort access with us when we confirm the booking.
Furniture
Move what you can before we arrive, clear the floor and secure any pets. We'll shift the small stuff. The more carpet that's clear, the more we can clean.
Drying time
Carpet is fully dry in about 4 to 8 hours. Allow around 20% longer in winter or through a wet spell. We'll open windows to help it along.
Parking
Our gear runs off the van, so we need to park reasonably close. Tight street, apartment or long driveway? Tell us when you book and we'll bring the portable machine.
Payment
Payment on completion, by bank transfer or cash. Nothing to pay up front, and nothing until you've seen the finished job.
Water
We connect to your outside tap. As long as there's one we can reach, we're set - nothing you need to leave out for us.
