Common questions

How long does it take to dry?
Carpet is fully dry in about 4 to 8 hours. In winter or through a wet spell, allow around 20% longer. We open windows to help it along.
Do I need to be home?
No. A typical three-bedroom clean takes about an hour and a half door to door, and you don't need to be there for any of it - just sort access with us when we confirm the booking.
What do I need to do before you arrive?
Move the furniture if you can, clear the floor, pick up toys and secure any pets. We'll shift small items, but the more of the carpet that's ready to go, the more of it we can actually clean.
